Procedure: Ureteroscopy with laser ablation of upper pole calyx tissue
An 8 french pigtail drain was exiting the flank, drain removed, tract dilated and urethral access sheath placed, ureteroscope introduced, a Bugbee fiber used to aggressively cauterize calyceal tissue
Dx: renal urine leak after nephrectomy

Not even sure where to start with this one ..any help much appreciated
