Hi everyone, one of our physicians did a procedure..cauterization of a bleeding penile vein..done under mac anesthesia

was thinking 54055..but not so sure..am I overthinking this ??..any help much appreciated

I started looking for something else because there is no true contagious-type lesion and haven't found anything yet. Maybe there's something under integumentary? I'm a bit surprised that they had to use MAC for this - females have cervical cautery all the time with no anesthesia. I think it's a brutal practice myself but that's the way medicine is.
Was this part of a circumcision?
