While deciding level in risk in MDM, can we consider prescription drugs which are documented as "on prn basis" or "as needed" for moderate level of risk?
IMHO, PRN qualifies a prescription management and would qualify in the moderate risk level. A prescription medication doesn't always need to be used on a full time basis. The doctor had to make that decision as to how it should be used for that particular patient.
