Wiki primary vs secondary osteoarthritis

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between primary and secondary osteoarthritis? And if secondary is because of an injury, how is that different than posttraumatic?

Primary would the same as degenerative.nsecondarybis due to some other cause such as obesity. Due to trauma is the same as post traumatic. In ICD-9 post traumatic was included with secondary.
