Has anyone been billing the atrial appendage ligation with the new code 33268 and if so where can we find the primary codes for this?

I've been billing it when they do the CABG or a aortic valve. There is no specific codes linked to it yet from Medicare.

(Add-on code 33268, if performed concurrently, may be reported in conjunction with a primary procedure performed via a sternotomy or thoracotomy.)
