Wiki Preventive medicine and annual gyn exam

The New patient came to see our family practice doc for her physical exam and doc coded preventive medicine code. After 3 months the same patient came for annual GYN exam. My question is, Can doctor use established preventive medicine code for this visit and doc did the pap smear test and the breast exam.
Please advice me.
