Wiki pretesting for TAVR

We have some CTA'S that are being done pre TAVR procedure and they are normal results. I am thinking we need to use a screening ICD 10 code? Which code are you all using for this.

I would use the symptoms and/or diagnosis that required the test. I would not use screening at that was not the reason for the test.
