I am curious to know how others are approaching this challenge. i suggested to my administrator that i just use unlisted codes on the superbill for the doctors to choose and then after I review the documentation I would change it to the more specific codes. I seriously doubt my physicians are going to take the time to read each description of a code to pick the most appropriate and I know for fact they will not accept a 60 page superbill full of diagnosis'. So how is your office handing this issue. Please I will appreciate any suggestions

Does anybody have a super bill they would consider sharing so all of us asking can get an idea of how you set up all the codes?:confused:
