Can an ASC do a breast biopsy 19125 with the preoperative placement of the needle localization wire put in the breast at an imaging center that a hospital owns. All we would do is the surgical removal of the lump or lesion? The hospital is stating that the placement of the wire is their charge and it is bundled into the surgery charge, so the center cannot do any breast lesions excisions that a needle localization is done first. Any help would be appreciated.
