I'm having trouble locating an ICD-9 code for an 11 year old with 'prenatal exposure to alcohol and drugs". I'm coding their Behavioral Health services, and this is listed in addition to their psych dx.
Any help is appreciated!

I would like to code 760.71-Noxious influences affecting fetus or newborn via placenta or breast milk, alcohol (fetal alcohol syndrome)

No 760 codes are for the perinatal period which is newborn thru 28 days. This is an 11 year old child so that code is incorrect. The best I can come up with is possibly V87.39.
