Im looking for a code for "pain in pregnancy". No other info on order.

Impression only states early viable gestation.

780.96 is generalized pain. This can be used with the appropriate pregnancy code. I find it odd that there is nothing in the note detail pointing to what the pain is related to.

Since this isn't a complication, I would use the V22.x.
