Post-Op Dx: Subarachnoid hemorrhage. Nontraumatic

Primary Procedure: Lumbar Spinal Puncture

The medical record indicates: The area was cleaned, prepped, and draped. The L4-L5 was identified.

Would it be: I60.9 or I60.50 ???

The documentation doesn't specify vertebral artery, so I would go with I60.9.
