I'm sure this question has been answered on this forum before, but what code is everyone using to report pre-hire/pre-employment exams? I am finding conflicting info on this. Would I report an unlisted E/M? A preventative E/M code? A office/outpatient E/M code?

Any help appreciated. Thanks.
