Wiki Practicode question

I just signed up for Practicode and I am having trouble logging in. The FAQ section says to use my AAPC sign in info but that is not working. And when I go to access the Practicode it says I'm not a valid user. I never received an email with access info. Has anyone had this problem? Do you know how long after you purchased it you received the access email? Thanks.

I had the same issue today when I tried to log in. I contacted AAPC through the live chat and was told that if it is asking me to log in to the practicode section, then it is not working properly. The rep that I spoke with said that they have to send a case to have this fixed and that it can take up to 48 hours.
