I'm not sure about this one. The diagnosis is simply "Renal cell carcinoma." (Findings say right kidney, specifically.) I first thought it would be C64.1, Malignant neoplasm of right kidney, except renal pelvis. Then I saw C7A.093, Malignant carcinoid tumor of the kidney. Ehh...perhaps C64.1 because it's more specific?
 
Carcinomas and carcinoid tumors are two different things, so you can't code a renal cell carcinoma as carcinoid. A carcinoma is always malignant, but a carcinoid tumor can be benign or malignant, and the codes are different depending on which is the case.
