Speaking of PA's, here's another PA billing question:
We have a few managed care plans that do no credential PA's. Our physician is in-network but the PA is not. We assumed that since our PA could not be in network, we would just bill the services under the phsyician's name (like incident-to)....even when the PA is working on his/her own (not incident-to)...to be in-network.
We have also done this with our Physicial Therapist.
Thoughts on this policy?
