Wiki Postpartum vaginal delivery complications

Have a Patient who is 5 days postpartum vaginal delivery. She goes to the ER with vaginal pain and discharge. Question is do I code as ER - E&M or Postpartum complication under the global 99024??? Any help greatly appreciated!
