If a pt has MOHS surgery that involved a flap - returns to the office later that day due to postoperative bleeding and requires resuturing of wound. How would this be coded.
I am familiar with wound dehiscence 13160 - but I have only encounterd that on another date of service. Can you code 13160 on the same dos as the original flap 14301?
The dr states more sutures added for bleeding to the ear - spent 1 hour.
