Can anyone tell me what CPT or HCPCS codes to use to bill Posterior Tibial Nerve Stimulation (PTNS)?

Should it just be an unlisted procedure code or is there an appropriate HCPCS code to use?

You have to use the Unlisted code. Insurances are not at this time paying very well (if at all) for PTNS.
