I code for a small office that does preventative immunizations. I need help for two clients that need immunizations post surgery. One is Post Spenectomy, the other is Post SCT. I need help with the Dx code. Do I use a medical code such as V45.79 or can I use basic preventative codes or the immunizations.

Any help is appreciated!!!
