Wiki Post-op wound infection

I have a patient who had a bilateral diskectomy on 9/21 & who now has a post-op lumbar wound infection. Doc took her back to OR for Irrigation & debridement. He re-opened the wound & examined the deep compartment, there was no epidural abscess. Wound was irrigated & skin edges & subcutaneous tissue debrided. Multilayer closure was performed. What would be the best code to use for this?
