The patient returned 6 days later post removal of cyst for follow and coban wrap. Can I bill the codes below and if so what modifiers would I need?

pathology report was consistent with a ganglion cyst. His incisions look excellent.
AP, lateral and oblique views of the right ring finger show good alignment of the joint.
I have removed his stitches today and placed Steri-Strips. We recommended he leave his strips on with a little Coban wrap for two days.
