Can anyone tell me the ICD10 code for a post-lumpectomy hematoma of the axilla? The patient had a lumpectomy and SLN biopsy and then 48 hours later had to go to the OR to have a hematoma evacuated. What is the ICD10 code?

Look in the ICD 10 index under complication, post procedural, hematoma, depending on the exact location of the hematoma L76.32 may work.
