Can I bill for this intervention if properly documented and amount of
time spent along with a plan in place by the doctor?
Trying to capture more revenue.

Usually any visit or "plan" same day, is bundled into the procedure. If it was a very involved case, you can bill the procedure with a modifer 22, but will have to have ample documentation of the procedure to get payment. If the patient was seen in follow up in the office or in the hospital or observation the following day, you could bill for that.

It would help to see the op report to give you a more specific answer.
