Wiki POS for telehealth

Medicare is using POS 11 MOD 95 for telehealth billing. However I have found some insurance require POS 2 MOD 95, some only require POS 2.

What 's the best way to find out what kind POS a new insurance requires? We are dealing with lots of Medicare Advantage Plan members such as Prospect Health Net, Prospect Blue Shield, Monarch, Worker's Comp, Humana, LA Care, Care More.......

Each carrier may set their own policies. The specific carrier website is usually the best resource. From my experience, Medicare Advantage Plans are following the Medicare POS 11 -95.
