Our MD does a hpylori test CPT code 87077-TC at the patients bed side in the ASC, what would the place of service be, 11 or 24?

They recently published the rules for POS assignment, the POS will be that which is equal to the patient's status when the test was performed regardless of where the test actually takes place. so it will be ASC for your question.
