Wiki POS Confusion

I have received a refund request from Care Plus in regards to payment error for CPT 93000. Care Plus is stating this code can only be billed under POS 11. Is this correct? We billed under POS 22.

Typically in a Hospital Outpatient setting (POS 22), the hospital would bill 93005 and the physician would bill 93010.
