I need clarification on POS 23,please.
When is POS 23 billed?
My understanding, the POS 23 is billed when the patient came in through ER and after surgery came back into ER on observation until it is discharged. Am i correct?
I have one more question:
Can Assistant Surgeon (not employed by the Hospital of Physician) bill POS 23?
