Wiki Pos 22 tied to order??

If I am billing using POS 22 for the radiologist read only. Am I expected to match exam to order like I would in office setting? Do I need to make sure the # of views that were read were the # of views ordered? Or can I just code off report and it does not matter what was ordered, if he read it i bill for it?
