Wiki portacath removal

I'm needing help. The physician removes the portacath device in the office. But was unable to remove all the tubing in the office. So the same day the physician takes the patient to the OR an removes the tubing. Would I code the office procedure as 36590-52 and the OR as 36589? I've never ran into this situation.
