Wiki Port Placement with Fluorescopic Guidence

My physician did a port placement and did fluorescopic guidence while placing the port. My question is, does he have to dictate a seperate report for the fluorescopic guidence if he is going to bill the professonal component for this or is it ok if he just mentions it in the op report for the port placement?
