Wiki Polypectomy w/ control of bleeding

Need help with this please,
Note states that there was moderate blood found in hepatic flexure due to diverticular bleed this was injected w 2cc to stop the bleeding.
A large sessle polyp was found in the decending colon measuring 2.5 cm and was injected at the base to raise it prior to removal this poly was removed by snare cautery

Can I bill this as

45385-59
45381-59

Close but I'd put the 45382 last and with a 59 instead of the 45385 with the 59.

I also would put the -59 modifier on the 45382 to indicate the bleeding control was for something other than the polypectomy sites. As far as coding order, we go by payer and RVU's, so in some cases the 45382-59 is the first listed CPT code.
