Is there a dx code in addition to V12.72 if the dr performs a colonoscopy only for
survelliance of a pt with a past history of colon polyps there were not malignant?

I have seen online where some people enter V76.51 as the second diagnosis, but I have been paid when I use the V12.72 alone. Its not a screening, but some people are very liberal with the use of the screening dx.

I know some use V67.09 as the primary dx and V12.72 as the 2nd dx.
