Hi there!

Physician documents in assessment:

Polycystic ovaries, not PCOS yet.

The ICD-10 book guides polycystic ovaries to E28.2, which is PCOS. I haven't found any code for just polycystic ovaries. So - I would have just coded E28.2, but since the physician specifically states "not PCOS yet" I'm not sure what to code?

Appreciate any guidance
