We have a trauma surgeon scheduled to operate on a poly trauma patient tomorrow, 3 seperate incision sites, 1 anestheia time.
Was told there is a way to get 100% of all RVU's and not take the multiple surgery reduction if clearly defined as a polytrauma.
Anyone know of this process?
