Please help me code this procedure. I am new to Podiatry.

The patient was visualized with effects of the procedure was performed of the right for scar prepped and draped in usual aseptic manner.
Patient had a mayo block to the right foot. Patient tolerted the local anesthesia block well. The block was a mix of 1 to 1 ration of 1% lidocaine plain and 0.5% marcaine plain. Patient had a stellate ganglion cyst aspirated then injected with the following 1cc of dexamethasone phosphate 4mg/ml and 1cc of kenalog 40 mg. Attention was then directed to the dorsal medical aspect of the right foot. Using a 20 cc syringe and 18-guage 1/2 inch needle was introduced from dorsal medial aspect of the metatarsal phalangeal joint and whitish crystals were aspirated from the first metatarsophalangeal joint and this was injected with 1cc of Kenalog 40 mg and half percent Marcaine plain for total of 2cc of half percent marcaine plain. Patient felt procedure went well without complication. We will send samples of crystals for birefringence and will continue to follow.

Thank You as always for your help.
