Podiatry Billing - I have a new client who is a podiatrist

I have a new client who is a podiatrist. This is the first time billing for this specialty and I wondered if there were any special tips anyone could give me. Also, the fee schedule included the HCPCS code L3030 (foot insert, removable). Is the doctor paid for this service? Thank you for any help.
