A 26 days old baby brought to the hospital with Pneumonia. Do I need to code simply as
486-Pneumonia, organism unspecified (Or) Do I need to code 771.89-Other infections specific to the perinatal period and 486-Pneumonia, organism unspecified.

1) 486

2) 771.89 and 486
Which is correct?
Please guide me through this..
