Wiki Pne 64561

im looking to see if you can bill 64561 bilateral on a patient for more than one date of service? I have a patient that had a PNE in may of 2017, and Dr wants to do another PNE on the same patient this month. I looked at medicare guidelines and LCD, and can not find any limitation on how many time a patient can have this procedure. Any ideas?
