Phyican wants to bill 73564/50 but we have only have 3 films 1 standing view of both knees together anteriorposterior. 1 lateral view of LT knee, and 1lateral view of RT knee. I read somewere the only time you bill 73565 is when that is the only study done. Not sure how to bill this any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

If I understand correctly, there were two views done on both knees. As long as it isn't a Medicare patient, you would be coding 73560-50. If the patient is a Medicare patient, you would code 73560-RT and 73560-LT.
