Wiki please help with observation consultation

Hello,
I have medicare patient how is in observation and our physician saw this as general surgery consultation . i read in cpt that use 99241-to 22245 but see medicare is no longer use consultation code can i use initial observation code for this situation. I appreicate for your help. thanks

You can use the 99201-99205 or 99212-99215
