Looking at 26123 and 26125.
procedure: partial right fasciectomy over the right ring and little fingers involving the palm only. The patient underwent partial palmar fasciectomy of the right ring and the little fingers and along the palm as well as the proximal portion of the proximal phalanges to correct the flexion contracture of the MCP joints. Local tissues were utilized for surgical repair and no skin graft required.
Any help is appreciated.
