Order is for a renal artery duplex and bilateral renal US with left renal angle..would the appropriate dx code be 76770 and 93975??

RENAL DUPLEX DOPPLER ULTRASOUND

INDICATION: Recurrent UTI's with hematuria. Irregular lab work.COMPARISON: None.

TECHNIQUE: Standard duplex Doppler evaluation of renal arterial vasculature
was performed utilizing a curved transducer.

FINDINGS: Renal arteries well seen bilaterally with normal velocities at
the proximal, mid, distal, and hilar levels with no evidence for focal
atherosclerosis. Bilateral renal veins are also identified, appearing
normal. Evaluation of arcuate vessels is normal. Expected resistive
indices are identified. Normal renal to aortic ratios present, bilaterally.
Aorta itself shows normal caliber throughout its abdominal extent, 2.1 cm in
greatest dimension, proximally, 1.6 cm in greatest dimension at the mid
aspect, and 2.0 cm in greatest dimension at the distal aspect. Iliac
arteries show borderline size, 1.1 cm in greatest dimension. Kidneys are
normal in size and contour, right measuring 10.6 cm and left measuring 10.8
cm in greatest pole-to-pole diameter. No evidence for hydronephrosis nor
perinephric fluid. Septation noted within the bladder without additional
discrete pathology. Prevoid bladder volume of 165 ml with minimal postvoid
residual volume of 10 ml.

IMPRESSION:1. Normal duplex Doppler evaluation of renal arterial vasculature with no
evidence for hemodynamically significant stenosis.2. Normal sonographic evaluation of the kidneys.3. Septation within the bladder without additional discrete pathology.
