Physician states he will do a suprascapular nerve release of the shoulder and a quadrilateral space release . . . This was the only information given .

I need to get this pre-certed, but have never heard of these procedures. I am leaning towards 64722 for the suprascapular nerve release.

Please any suggestions for either or both of these procedures would be truly appreciated
