Hi All,

I was hoping someone can assist me in billing a Nerve Block (brachial plexus) for an ASC.

The doctor (anesthesiologist) who performed the nerve block is different than the doctor who performed the surgery.

Should I code 64415 on a serparate claim and use the name of the anesthesiologist who performed the nerve block?

Please advise.
