Will someone please provide information regarding the differences in billing oncology in an outpt (office POS11) vs outpt hospital (shared infusion area POS22)? I believe the out hospital will be billed on UBs, and the professional charges on HCFA 1500?

You are correct.
 
In a hospital based office, the facility will bill for the drugs and the infusion administration. Unless there is a separately identifiable reason to see the provider, there will be no charges for the physician office to submit.
