Wiki pleas, help me code a bronchoscopy.

I have a fluoro for bronchoscopy report read by my radiologist, but the radiologist did not do the procedure. the dictation reads as follows; Fluoroscopy time: one minute 26 seconds. 2 fluoroscopic images demonstrate intrauterine mainstem bronchus with biopsy device. how do I code this?

I'm not sure what bronch code you're billing, but CPT tells us that the fluoro guidance is included in most of the bronch codes.
