Please do let me know if 11000 can be billed with 11402, same location.
i believe they can be billed for different location with a modifier 59 added to 11000...am i right?

11100-59 can be billed as long as it was a separate site from 114XX

Just one more question...so if debridement and excision done in same location , code only the excision since the debridement is included in the excision.
