Wiki Platelet Rich Plasma (or autologous conditioned plasma)

One of our doctors recently performed a rotator cuff repair (29827) and a subacromial decompression (29826)...he also injected autologous conditioned plasma. Any information on coding/reimbursement for this would be greatly appreciated. We think we should use Category III code 0232T.

Our physicians also use the platelet rich plasma you have the right code but most if not all insurance companies inculding medicare will not reimbure for this as they consider it experimental
