Wiki Placement of Hickman Cath

I can't recall if that is tunneled or non but take a look at 36556-36561. There are plenty more options for CPT in that section but these are my initial thought.
 
Hickman is tunnelled 36557 or 36558 and don't forget to add the radiology code 76937 for ultrasound guided or 77001 for flouroscopic guidance which ever is appropriate
